Welcome to Anam Holistics. By booking a session, event, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Information

Anam Holistics provides holistic therapies, energy work, women’s circles, events, and digital resources.
All offerings are designed for women only, providing a safe, nurturing space for rest, reconnection, and healing.

Sessions are complementary in nature and not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
If you have any health concerns, please consult your GP or healthcare provider before booking.

2. Women-Only and Age Policy (Legal Basis)

All one-to-one therapies, group sessions, and circles at Anam Holistics are offered exclusively to:

• Women, trans women, and non-binary clients who feel comfortable in women-only spaces, and

• Clients aged 18 or over.

This policy is in place for reasons of personal safety, privacy, decency, and lone-working, and is a proportionate and lawful measure under Schedule 3, Part 7, Paragraphs 26 & 27 of the Equality Act 2010, which permits single-sex services where necessary to protect safety, privacy, or dignity.

For clients under 18, prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required, and a responsible adult must be present during the session. Additional forms may be requested to ensure safety and suitability.

Male clients are not accepted directly but may be referred to trusted practitioners where appropriate.

3. Bookings & Payment

• A £15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your therapy session.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your appointment.

• Event bookings (women’s circles, workshops, or retreats) must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with details of your session or event.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• More than 48 hours’ notice: you may reschedule your session; your deposit will be retained and transferred to the new date.

• Within 48 hours’ notice or no-show: the full session fee is payable.

• Events: payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another event or person with prior notice (and prior agreement with Anam Holistics).

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, therapy and event bookings are considered time-specific services. By confirming your booking, you agree that your right to cancel under these regulations ends once the session date is within 48 hours.

5. Late Arrivals

Please arrive a few minutes early to allow your session to start on time.
If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time, and the full session fee still applies.

6. Health & Wellbeing

Before your appointment, you’ll be asked to complete an intake form and disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications.
This ensures your session is safe and appropriate for you.

While many clients experience deep rest, clarity, or emotional release, results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
You remain responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing before, during, and after your session.

7. Professional Boundaries & Right to Refuse Service

Anam Holistics is a professional women-only practice.

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if:

• The treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate,

• The client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs,

• Boundaries are breached or behaviour becomes disrespectful.

Full payment may still be due in these circumstances.

8. Digital Offerings & Free Resources

Digital downloads, meditations, and other resources are for personal use only.
All materials remain the intellectual property of Anam Holistics and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold without written permission.
Due to the instant nature of digital access, refunds are not available once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

9. Gift Vouchers (if applicable)

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
They can be used towards therapies, events, or digital offerings, unless otherwise stated.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

All client information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
Personal data is collected only for the purpose of booking, communication, and service provision.

11. Liability

All sessions, events, and resources are provided in good faith to support wellbeing and personal growth.
Anam Holistics accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in sessions, events, or use of digital materials.
You participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own experience.

12. Complaints

If you have feedback or concerns, please contact info@anamholistics.co.uk as soon as possible.
All complaints will be handled with care, respect, and discretion.

13. Updates to These Terms

Anam Holistics reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be published on this website, and continued use of the site or services indicates acceptance of those updates.
